Members of the Justice Matters' Mental Health Research Committee are visiting or interviewing the Directors of several Crisis Centers in the region including: Valeo (Topeka), CommCare (Wichita), RSI, Inc. (Kansas City, KS) and the Triage Center in Kansas City, MO). We are learning about the various service models each facility provides, as well as how they paid for their capital and operating expenses. 

We invite anyone available to join us. It's a great opportunity to envision what a facility could do here in Lawrence. We will meet at Immanuel Lutheran at 8:30 am for a brief pre-meeting, drive over to RSI in Wyandotte County for a 10 am appointment, and plan on driving back at 11:30 for a 12:30 home arrival.
