This is the first Douglas County Commission meeting for the year. This Commission has stated it will decide the language proposed to the public regarding the establishment of a Crisis Center and jail expansion.

The Jail Alternatives and Mental Health Research Committees are monitoring their work in this area. A pre-meeting discussion will take place at 3 pm at a nearby location to be announced.
