Cecil O'Farrell is the Community Assistance Director at the Boulder County Sheriff's Office. She runs several programs, including:
- A Restorative Justice Program:Deputies can directly refer an offender to this program, avoiding traditional legal action
- A Victim Impact Class at the Boulder County Jail: Weekly classes where inmates meet and talk about the impact that they've had on their victims and they work to make changes
