This meeting is with US Bank's regional banking director, Brad Burnside. Justice Matters is reaching out to Directors/CEOs of banks, major employers, construction companies, and developers in Lawrence with three purposes:

1. Introduce the organization/build a relationship of mutual respect
2. Seek allies in the call for an affordable housing trustfund in Lawrence
3. Request financial investment in our work on affordable housing

A trained spokesperson will lead the meeting, but Justice Matters members are encouraged to come to show broad public support on these matters.  We will host a pre-meeting at 2 pm at Immanuel to finalize our approach and then Mr. Burnside will meet us at 3 pm in the library at the church.
