A one-to-one is a natural but uncommon conversation about values, motivations, and life stories. It is an intentional effort to build/deepen relationships around a common purpose for doing justice. These intentional conversations are a great joy and challenging when compared to the everyday chit-chat common to our relationships.

This training is designed for anyone interested in playing key roles on any of the following Justice Matters Issue Committees:
- Affordable Housing (active monitoring to ensure good stewardship of dedicated funds)
- Jail Alternatives (determine the best strategies to safely and justly lower unnecessary incarceration)
- Mental Health (active monitoring to ensure good stewardship of dedicated funds and recovery goals)
- Restorative Justice in Schools (improving educational outcomes through restorative discipline)
We will take stock of interest areas and plan next steps for the coming year.
